PCS Bail Bonds Weighs in on Missing 15-month-old Girl Found Safe

PCS Bail Bonds (www.PCSBailBonds.com), Fort Worth, Texas’ most trusted bail bond service, is weighing in on Fort Worth police finding 15-month-old Twinkle Twilight in good condition.

Fort Worth Police officials were happy to announce that they have found formerly missing 15-month-old Twinkle Twilight in “good condition” following a door-to-door search conducted by police. The child was found in the Hanger Avenue and Collard Street area based on an anonymous tip. “This is such great news,” says Paul Schuder, Owner of PCS Bail Bonds. “Too many times, these types of stories end tragically. To know that this little girl is safe is a breath of fresh air and the Fort Worth community is certainly relieved.”

According to Child Protective Services, Vicki Miles, biological mother to young Twinkle, had fled with the child after a scheduled visit. The girl had been placed in foster care back in June after Child Protective Services was awarded custody.

Miles is currently being held at Mansfield City Jail. The likely charge, according to Fort Worth Police spokesperson Daniel Segura, will be kidnapping. The bail is set at $25,000, an amount that would have taken several factors into consideration.

“These cases are so sensitive,” Schuder concludes. “It is impossible to predict someone’s mindset in these circumstances, so it’s good that police were able to act so quickly thanks to a useful tip. The most important thing was finding Twinkle and making sure she was safe. Trust must be placed in the legal process to deal with everything after that.”

PCS Bail Bonds continues to serve the Fort Worth community by providing bail bond services to those who have been arrested. For more information, visit www.PCSBailBonds.com.
