PCS Bail Bonds Reacts to Alina Leung Posting $35,000 Bail for Having a Relationship with a Male Student

Fort Worth, TX, February 22, 2016 – PCS Bail Bonds (www.PCSBailBonds.com), Fort Worth, Texas’s most trusted bail bond service, is reacting to Alina Leung posting $35,000 bail for sexually assaulting one of her male students.

Alina Leung, a science teacher from the Young Men’s Academy in Fort Worth, was arrested on February 10 for a continued relationship with a 15-year-old male student. Her charges include sexual assault, improper relations, and unlawful restraint. The affair with the unnamed Hispanic student was discovered when his father found messages between the two on his son’s Facebook page. There were also pictures being sent back and forth, including topless photos from Leung. The unlawful restraint charge is a result of Leung’s driving the student across state lines to have sex. Several other instances of sexual encounters were also confirmed. “When you have a person in authority abusing her position in this manner, it’s always a scary thought for parents,” says Paul Schuder, owner of PCS Bail Bonds. “As a parent, you trust that your children are safe when they are at school, and you trust that the teachers are there to guide them and educate them. Cases like this make the general public apprehensive.”

Leung, who is 29 years old, was able to post the $35,000 bail and was released on February 11, the day after she was arrested. The relationship with the student began in October of 2015 and became physical shortly thereafter. According to documents, Leung wanted to wait till 2017 before becoming sexual with the boy, but those plans changed when they became intimate at a hotel in Oklahoma. Leung has removed her social media and is awaiting court dates.

“This kind of student/teacher relationship is a second-degree felony and comes with some serious charges,” Schuder continues. “If found guilty, Leung could face up to 20 years in prison.”
