PCS Bail Bonds Weighs in On $15,000 Bail in TCU Football Player Robbery Arrests

PCS Bail Bonds (www.PCSBailBonds.com), Fort Worth, Texas’ most trusted bail bond service, is weighing in on the $15,000 bail of two Texas Christian University (TCU) players arrested for robbery.

Two TCU players have been released on $15,000 bail after being arrested for alleged robbery charges. Freshman Andres Petties Wilson and senior Mike Tuaua are both accused of an on-campus robbery and bodily harm of another TCU student in early September. “It’s almost baffling to hear of cases like this happening on a college campus of all places,” says Paul Schuder, owner of PCS Bail Bonds. “And now two young men with supposedly bright futures have made what appears to be a poor decision. It’s really hard to soak all of this in and figure out what was going through their minds.”

The two players allegedly attacked the student and a group of his friends and stole a case of beer, which is why bodily harm is listed as part of the charges. Neither player has played since the incident, with TCU’s home opener having been the day prior.

“Parents want what’s best for their children, which is why they help send them off to college, with the hope of giving them an opportunity to better their lives,” Schuder adds. “With football players especially, or most college athletes in general, they are privileged to have the opportunity to be attending college on a scholarship, which is a very big deal considering the cost of tuition.”

The $15,000 bail seems to be in line with the charges and both players were released from jail on September 21. The investigation will continue and, as of the most recent update, both players remain suspended from the team.

“Being part of the Fort Worth community for so long means seeing and dealing with so many different charges. Whenever young people are involved, however, it’s always a bit harder to swallow because entire futures are threatened because of mistakes they’re making now,” Schuder concludes. “We at PCS Bail Bonds certainly feel bad for the alleged victims in this case as well. All around, it’s just difficult to hear about cases like these, particularly in the Fort Worth community.”

PCS Bail Bonds continues to offer its bail bond services to those needing assistance in the Fort Worth area. More information can be found at www.PCSBailBonds.com.
